Now Kit Meditation Kit w/ Bench & Mat

Here is a kit that helps you get started with meditation. The Now Kit Meditation Kit comes with a meditation bench, mat, and instruction card. The Now Bench is a reversible, closed-cell foam block that you can sit on flat or roll forward to adjust your leg angle. The mat takes the pressure off your knees, legs, and feet.
